The
Rubicon Group, Inc. was incorporated in 1990. We are a full service
General Contractor, specializing in commercial and industrial
construction. Typical projects range from schools, offices, and
retail to warehouse/office combinations. Renovations and restaurants
and shells/vanilla box/build-outs.. Typical dollar volume of
projects range from $100K to $2 million with individual projects
above and below this range. Agreements are mostly Lump Sum Amount
contracts, hard bid and/or negotiated, but we also perform Cost
Plus work and Design/Build Services. Our general working range
is a 100 mile radius from Fayetteville, NC, however we have performed
work throughout North Carolina. 
Types of Construction
include load bearing masonry, steel frame, tilt-up, and stick built. All
projects are supervised by quality/experienced superintendents to ensure
a safe, expedited, quality controlled project. 
In
addition to conventional construction, The Rubicon Group, Inc., offers a
pre-engineered structure, Star Metal
Building Systems. The majority of the pre-engineered work is handled
on a Design/Build basis.
